it's been a long time since i last blogged. why? i think life for the past week really has not been too exciting. busy busy, but not exciting. what could i have blogged about?

i have decided that in order to keep my apartment clean and organized, i need to not live in it. i put away things before i left town, but within 72 hrs after my return to chicago, my apartment has (again) declared another state of disaster on me.

has anyone been to diversey rock 'n bowl on diversey and logan? why is this place so @#$*&^% expensive all the time? this past week i went with some people from work and we bowled ONE game and that cost us freakin' 27 bucks!!!! i thought week rates are supposed to be cheap!!!! this did not even include pitchers of beer! i also learned that MGD makes one constipated... not that i have experienced it personally. ;( one other time some friends and i went and bowled 3 games and that cost us a total of 100 bucks!!! where does one go for a cheap, fun, non-ghetto, and clean game of bowling nowadays??? geez.

this past week at work had been interesting. one may think that i dont have a real job so i am not fit to complain. boo! more people are leaving because of school, but few others are leaving because of (self-interpreted) lack of respect by partners at the store. hmmm, interesting. oh well, what can i do!? at least they claim to be cool with me/like me. well, of course, except for jamie.

this weekend being the annual air-water show, our store was completely swamped. yuck!!! yesterday was busy but it was well-controlled and half of the store was working at any given time when i was there. woohoo! today, apparently everyone and their mother from the suburbs decided to watch the show too. of course when i walked in the store this morning-- we were out of everything, the store was ass MESSY, light bulbs were not working, some didnt show up, and line was too long! ugh! sucked more when it was one of those busy, crazy days that actually went by VERY SLOWLY. ugh!!!! oh well, glad that weekend's over. hahahahahahaha.
