as barb was saying, i should study and then reward self with fun things enjoyable to me. hmmm, but how does one not over-reward? in other words, how does one prevent further procrastination stemmed from the process of self-reward?
must all success in life be based on self-will and self-control?
after having finished studying for only the easiest part of the exam (more to come, but at least more interesting cuz they are neurophysio and nervous system, up my alley), i shopped online at crate&barrel. then i took a nice, armoatic shower. and i am now back here again, blogging and snacking-- and watching the time ticking away. oy!!
on a lighter note of things, it occured to me that halloween is coming soon. halloween means yummy chocolate and candy and noisy, funny-looking children. (godly, how can one even say that i will have children one day!?) does this mean i will have to provide tricks and treats for children that may be knocking on my door (my new place)??? do i have to decorate my door with plastic skeleton? do i have to go to med labs to steal something more real? but what if i provide fun and no one shows up?
i think i am migrating to starbucks soon. i am too distracted here at home. i hope tonight is slow and mellow as it should be, without tall skinny polish girls comparing their new highlights and manicures.
