yay!!! another fun weekend i had, and guess what, i have NO exams this week!! woohoo! (this is like the first sunday that i am not trying to pull an all nighter in forever)

on friday morning i had to get to school early (as opposed to the usual 11:30 on my fridays) because my group needed to do a few final run throughs of our presentation on caremark. i think all of us did so much research on each of the areas that we were supposed to do, but our presentation was limited to only ~16 minutes so we had to cut down and out so much that that was actually the most difficult part of our project. i brought my computer for us to practice using ppt and i felt like a nerd. whatever, it was useful. :p

after our presentation in the afternoon, i ran home to pack my things to head out to grayslake for a weekend of fun. you can read about it again at polishbasia's blog too! that evening, i went with pete and barb to their friends vicky and steve's housewarming party at their new townhouse in boofoo arlington hts. (here comes the start of a EATING like a piggy weekend) what a cute little townhouse! in a way it was weird for me because i really barely know vicky and steve and i just felt very odd being there. regardless, it was fun. i think i just stood around the table and ate yummy cheesey cheese dips the entire night. burp. afterwards, bob and i went home with petey and barby.

then the next morning, we had to wake up ass early (for a saturday that i didnt have to work) to go to wollersheim winery in prairie du sac, WI. i guess bob's parents belong to the wollersheim wine club or something and we got to do some fun wine tasting on some of their new harvests. wollersheim is a tiny tiny winery/vineyard. its soooo small that its so cute. when we were in the cellar tasting, they tried to seduce us with cheesey things so barb and i gave in. after wine tasting we went upstairs for the cheese tasting. OH MY GOD. this was better than a kid in a candy store. it was comparable in quality and fun to my shopping spree with basia and lori at BBB last weekend. CHEESE!

after much eating and drinking. alcoholic pete and polishbasia ordered a case of grape goodness and bob and i split a case too. yay! i have neve bought so much wine all at once! its fun! next time all yall should come to the becker vineyards with me for more fun!

afterwards, we drove back to pseudo WI and went to culvers for butterburgers, cheese curds, and frozen custards. mmm, heart attack. sooo good!

then we went to the noverini home, sat around and ate more and watched TV. sooo good!

i spent the night again at pete and barb's cute house cuz i was too tired and sleepy to go home. sunday morning, barb woke my lazy fat ass up. petey make us breakfast. then we watched the taped final episode of the bachelor. i already knew that estella was "the one" but i had to watch it. oh, and i just thought of this-- kelly jo kinda looks like kelly clarkson from american idol. afterwards, barb and i went to portillo's for more heart attacks. sooo good! then we went shopping for home funs. i bought some wine and martini glasses to stock up my stemware collection for my holiday party. sigh, so many pretty things sometimes christinie just wants unlimited funds. :( and

yay! after the weekend fun i am finally home. strangely, i am so not sick of cheese. :)

ugh! another week of school coming and i NEED a haircut!
