another day...
day number 2 in el houston tejas. another beautiful sunny but breezier day. (man, this is really looking too much like spring breaks in FL yrs ago in college- should i be getting my oars and going on water now?) chrissy thinks, da da da, hmm, what to do with self today!? one can only watch so much CNN and check blogs. wahhh!!
mom and dad have my car today; i thought it would be nice so they do not have to carpool. i am much too poor to go anywhere anyway-- no money for shopping, no money for nothing. besides, things will be extra cheap after christmas- why shop now when i can save money then!? i hope they will still have the vintage bubbly collection from pottery barn after christmas. i remember seeing more designs and types in the store than online... hopefully some friends that i have called will return my call as i havent seen them for a while. hopefully i will also get to see my friends asli and kirk's baby preppy preston. he is almost one year old now; last time i was in houston they had *just* returned from visiting her family in turkey and apparently the baby needed to "rest." whatever! heee heee.
i seem to be having jewelry problems. as i was packing to come home, i could not find my darling silver necklace! wah! its the (most pricey) necklace i've ever bought for self. i am damn sure that it HAS to be in my apt somewhere, but why can i not find it!!!!! i was so bummed it was unbelievable. then i left my other ring in my car when i was driving home. however, i have completely forgotten about it being in the car-- until mom had taken my car to the shop for the tx state inspection and routine maintenance. OMG, i hope it will still be there when the car comes home tonight. i havent really been a bad girl; i dont deserve losing pretty jewelries!! cry cry. i am sad. ugh!!!
i keep hearing the heightened security around the nation in airports. my brother flies in tomorrow so i hope he will be ok.
maybe i will start some winter reading this afternoon. any suggestions?

check out today's holiday design. i have to look everyday now; yesterday all the letters were buried in snow; i think the snow children are uncovering a lil something everyday! TOO CUTE!!!!
