in light of polishbasia's recent found source of fortune, some stupid woman in madison county (edwardsville) is suing starbucks. my word: whatever!

read about her story here. bah! so apparently the paper cup she was holding was "defective" and the cup collapsed and burned her hand. misfortune, i am sorry, but she claimed that she "had" to drop out of graduate school because of her hand??? !?!!?!??!?!??? haahahahaha. good god, i have been burned multiple times while at work, and my fingers are apparently perfectly functional as i type away daily to support my internet addictions. sucker, she will probably get hundreds of thousands in compensations. damn! still, unless she soaked her hands IN the hot coffee, there should not have major damage done. boo hoo!!!
