OPA! friday, last day of school before the beginning of our pharmie spring break, blondiejen, calammy, and i went out to greektown for some greek lunch in early celebration of blondiejen's quarter century birthday. we went to parthenon on halsted. it has been such a long time since i had greek food from a restaurant. a lot of times during my "lunch" break at starbucks, i do get the stuffed grape leaves from treasure island. i LOOOOOVE them!!! oh, they are soooo good, i can eat them everyday. ;) yes, of course, we ordered saganaki (flaming cheese). opa! then jen and clams both ordered the kotopita and i had the shrimp casserole. sooo good! and who says you shouldnt drink before going to work!

after greek food in my happy tummy, went to work for some fun times at starbucks. this phrase, "fun times at starbucks" had been invented by laura and me-- work is not always fun-- but much of it is encourage ourselves and to mock the craziness during the frequent busy times at our store. erin all of a sudden had to go with her family to her uncle's funeral so i was unfortunately tempted with $$ to cover the shift. boohoo! OMG, it was SOOOOO slow. i think i almost turned insane! we got so bored, laura and i decided to pick on jamie again. jamie takes everything too seriously and sometimes things you say to mock him he'd think you are serious. sigh... (note, laura no longer loves or likes jamie) after much boredom, laura decided to declare that shes madly in love with him after him questioning her motive for giving him shit about doing tasks that he assigns. HAHAHAH. he freaked out. then jamie asked if i wanted to stay later past 8:30; i at first was like, no, there's ~3,4 more people coming in later by 9:30 you dont even need me here.... what, are you suggesting that i have no social life on a friday evening? he freaked out. HAHAHA. then saturday when we worked together again, he's like, so did you do anything last night, after you left? i was like, no, not really, i just went to sleep. he's like, see? you should have stayed and worked!!! i was like, WITH YOU??? he freaked out again!! HAHAHAHA. hes like, oh my god, why are you always giving me such hard time! you could at least tell me that you like me (hmm, not sure what that means). HAHAHAHAHAHA . sigh... poor jamie. why so serious.

on saturday night, sharon and her friend karen dragged me to this speed dating event hosted by click2asia. geez, i never knew about this click2asia, but apparently everyone knows about it? its much like match.com or eharmony or yahoopersonals, except with more asian interests/flavors. sharon and karen are.. hmm... into asian guys, whereas i... hmm... just have overall stuckup high standards. :) since my vegas trip didnt exist and i wasnt doing anything, i decided to go with and JUST FOR FUN! fun entertainment! we didnt go with high expectations in case we become disappointed. it was quite an interesting and fun experience although the "game" was somewhat unorganized as the "rotating" order got messed up after a while. most guys there were, of course, of asian descent, but there were others of other ethnicity as well. well, i think most guys are pretty nice, but i didnt really feel that there were particular people i would die for. eh! there were some skinny asian ho-bitches (there are many groups and types and ways the asians classify their kind) with nasty ass outdated bleached orange hair-- i think they were "hired" by click2asia to be some seat fillers (high guy:girl ratio) until more girls show up? we overheard these bitches in the ladies room bitching how they hated to be here, and this one chick was like, whatever, so-and-so (event coordinator) knows that i have to work... whatever, i have to go to work.

WTF!? they were just annoying cuz whereever they walked they were obviously trying to make everyone turn their heads to look! them being 95 lbs also caught these asian guys' attention. WHATEVER!

YUCK! OMG! so theres this guy from last night that would not leave me alone, even after the "game." so i got a VM from sharon this afternoon, oh shit, she freakin' saw him when she was at bally's on diversey/clark! NOOOOO!! she said that she saw him adn quickly looked away and turned. she obviously didnt wanna deal with him but also knew that that was very obvious! eh, i would do the same thing too, avoid him!!! AHHHH!!! shit yo, i am AFRAID now!!! i dont wanna run into him when i go to the gym! i also like the diversey/clark bally's more than the webster bally's! AHHHH!! nooo, why should i change! then again, i'd much rather run into handsome and mysterious runner chris than... ho hum pushy stupidguy. cant a girl just be left alone!?
