hawaii or vegas

here is a public poll of your opinion (and an invite as well)-- for those of you that frequently visit and comment and for those of you that secretly visit and not comment:

if i were trying to plan my pseudo summer vacation for end of july/beginning of august and you would wish to join, would you rather go to,

HAWAII or LAS VEGAS ?

my friend allen and i wanna take a vacation this summer and we want more people to come and help decide where to go. it all first started with my other ual pseudo friend's summer travel plans so allen and i started to discuss. with allen's mom's coporate ties and such, the overall cost for both destinations will probably cost about the same... or so we think. the airfare for hawaii could cost as little as under $200, and the fare for vegas will obviously be cheaper. additionals for hotel and food/drinks. discount at the bellagio or park hayatt. trip to hawaii will be more nature-surrounded and chances for scuba diving and surfing lessons, with some clubbing or luau at night. trip to vegas will be boom boom city city money money! with gambling and excessive drinking, partying, and shopping tied to name of vegas, we may spend more money *there* as opposed to *getting there.*

please leave recommendations and lemme know whether 1) you are not interested, 2) you may be interested and you have 10 weeks to save up, 3) you are so there, 4) you have to think about it. come come come!!! come play!!!!!!! perhaps it will be planning for vegas (or HI) and not getting ditched *again* for a change! >:o

sigh... didnt quite make it to cvs on north/sheffield today. boohoo. talked to my friend from school earlier; he said that he spoke to his manager and he was unsure whether they will really need more help, as other full time techs from other cvs around have been filling in to help. he still encouraged cedric to tell his friend (ie, me!) to apply. yes, i better get my ass going.. ugh!!! too much pressure for rejections!
