time to consult my USPDI

just when one thinks school is done, it is not really done. (please, after you read this, continue to comment on my previous blog of HAWAII vs. LAS VEGAS!!!!)

it may be time to consult my USPDI...shoot, clams, when are we suppose to do our drug cards!? so as many of you or may not know, i have been having great trouble falling asleep at night after the finals are over. i cant seem understand why. my stress level has decreased considerably; the sun is out; i have been exercising (not enough); i have been eating; my caffeinated beverage consumption has been reduced and now only for pleasure--> why do i have trouble sleeping!? boy problems? no, not really.

this morning i started to think, could it be other products that i have been using? i started using this body moisturizer a fews days ago for its great feeling on the skin and the refreshing summery aroma. i noticed that it contains caffeine (but not major ingredient as its listed more than half way down). i didnt think much of it as i was just pleasantly delighted for its skin firming action as well.

however, could topical or percutaneous caffeine treatment have any side effects? can anyone be so "thin-skinned" and have caffeine enter systemic circulation and cause undesired bioavailability? would my nervous system be undesirably stimulated, thus affecting my sleep, from a simple cosmetic moisturizer? all seems so ridiculous as percutaneous dosage must contain very high concentrations of actives to reach plasma!!

i cant find much good info online. time to consult my USPDI. shoot, is it in my car??? AAHHHH!! I JUST WANT TO SLEEP!!!!
