she does!!!

today is pure helpless laziness. this afternoon, after sitting around at home, watching tv/playing on the computer/stressing out about monetary issues, some friends from work called to confirm that i indeed am going to see kill bill vol 2 with them this evening.

i was like, oh shit, i forgot to rent the first kill bill!! ahhh!!! tabitha was like, dude, go now.

i ran to blockbuster, got the movie. came home and watched. dude, pleasant surprise! i guess i really didnt know what the movie was about; i knew it *was* bloody; i didnt know what to expect so therefore i really didnt expect much. it was actually quite entertaining. there was nothing but killing/fighting, but the plot layout was such that it made you want to think about what events had taken place before and after to showings on the screen. at the end, it made you wanting to know more.

hours later, i saw kill bill vol 2 at the ghettoplex on north/clark. this one revealed more secrets and stories behind each character and their motives of doing what they're doing. less killing, but still bloody. also very good. yay!!!!

in the movie, you get a lot of close portraits of uma thurman. dude, she has some manly hands and feet. anywho...

tomorrow, tuesday, will be filled with fun time at work. ugh!!! i actually have to work in the morning with the morning people? ugh!!! before that, gotta wake up super early to go to cvs pharm to get a job. hopefully my friend from school had pulled enough strings for me. applying to jobs is too stressful! people should all wanna beg me to work for them!! seriously! >:o

uh oh, i just learned that my friend allen just got rejected by yale as a transfer student. this means i must think of sympathetic encouragement for him when i see him tomorrow. ugh!
