new additions!

new products galore!! for the frappuccino lovers, yes, starbucks has officially introduced frappuccinos light! frappuccinos light are available in the traditional coffee inspired flavors: coffee, mocha, and caramel. (but of course, you can get the frappuccino light base for any of the "blended coffee" creations and also with the deadly whipped cream... but probably defeats the "light" purpose) they cost the same as the other frappuccinos, only lighter in calories, fat, and sugar.

i tasted a little today and i think it's still pretty good. the coffee taste is still fairly strong and masks the taste of splenda. still tastefully decadent.

the summer phase 2 merchandise display is up as well. lots of new fun mugs, iced tea set, drink pitchers. FUN!!!!! :)

i met with vicky yesterday for the tastefully simple party that i will throw at end of july! woohooo!! so! anyone that reads this blog regularly is invited to come *hungry* and taste the food. she showed me the several things i will need to prepare before the party for my guests to taste. shouldn't be too hard. for those of you that still dont know, tastefully simple is like one of those tupperware companies except they sell mixes, spices, and flavors that help you make gourmet delight simply for your dinners or entertainment events. BEER BREAD!

tomorrow i have some appt in the morning to look at apartments before having to go to work. i hope i see something nice that i can afford!! boohoo!! i called my management company today for some listings i saw in the reader. one of them was already rented, but the guy said that he could show me a few other properties. i really love my location right now, at the west edge of lincoln park. still so close to the entertainment and food, but out enough so parking and noise are not a pain in the ass. hopefully i can still find a good apt here. wah!
