crazy mood swings...

first and foremost, happy birthday, peterini!

it is funny how my moods can swing in seconds.. or hours... like no one's business!!!

as many of you may have reviewed my blog from last night, my sad little car was damaged by some dumbass who cant drive nor see. after much debating with self this morning, i called the nissan shop to get an estimate about how much it would run to replace the side rear view mirror. they quoted me price for labor, parts, and the paint job i will need to have the parts match the rest of my car! BLAH. the price comes out to be just under $500.

bleh! luckily, the shop has these particular parts in stock, but it turns out that i will need to prepay for the parts before they send it to have it painted and everything, so i had to drive my car in! when i got in, they told me that they could actually just pop the colored/painted part of my current rear view mirror and place it on the new part. it will just take about an hour to install the entire assembly! yay!!! i went across the street and had lunch at baja fresh (and stealing starbucks wirelss from inside baja!!) and chatting with clams and doing data work! whoohoo!

my car is okay now. the total bill came out to be about 350. still too much but whatever... the minor scratches are still present, but oh well. my mood just suddenly lifted and everything became so much more pleasant after this.

then i started thinking about fun paints and pretty things again. YAY!! tomorrow i have to go downtown to starbucks corporate for a learning coach class in the morning. everyone today kept asking if im becoming a shift supervisor cuz i am taking this class. i was just like, hmmm, no... whatever, no one listens to my orders anyways, thats why i HAVE to do everything myself!!
