rain rain rain
hello! i think it is time for another update, even thouhg i *still* have nothing to say. why is it raining outside?
is this spring rain, to correlate to the "spring holiday," as translated in chinese for chinese new year? is this freezing rain only to produce more icy roads for unsafe commuting and traffic jam? is this wet rain to promote more mold growth? is this lazy rain to make me lethargic and sleepy? are the groundhogs drowned?
yes, as i will reluctantly say, happy commercialized lets-find-something-to-do, lets-find-reason-to-spend money, valentine's day.
HA! no, i actually had an okay, not-bad v-day wknd, and i did none of the typical v-day celebratory activities! :) friday night i dragged clamsulin to niketown with me, in order to utilize my $20 off coupon from the stairclimb race. woohoo! i bought a running jacket that i had been seriously needing (for running outside in this crazy weather). well, i really would not say that it is my favorite jacket with all the best features. the colors, for one, include none of the obxious colors (ie. orange) that i wish it does. the color combo is quite boring. i got it cuz its a nice jacket, and it is still mostly black, and with the coupon it is fairly affordable. the maroon colored brooks jacket at momentum would have been more expensive for almost the same item. eh!
yes, then afterwards clamsers and i pseudo worked out at her gym, and went pseudo swimming. then we ate 5 lbs of pumpkin ravioli from the industrial italian meat district; i then passed out on her bed in confusion from hyperglycemia and sleep-talked for half hr while she convinced me that i must spend the night. what a hussy!
besides stupid work on saturday and everyone acting all surprised while they realize that i am not really a nice person at work, my wknd was pretty low key. it's too unfortunate that i have ten thousand exams monday and tuesday this week, but fortunately i just didnt feel like dealing with people this wknd so i happily stayed at home, pretended to study, and ate good food. i think for once this was a v-day wknd where i didnt have to worry about what to do, what not to do, what to give, what not to give (and how much), how much to spend, what freebies to want to receive, and what bozos to ditch. ha!
Q: have you ever spent time or done something the way you wished, while others think it's lame or snicker?
WOOOO, i just found my (stainless) watch that i thought i had lost again! last time i thought i lost it and found it at someone's house. just now i was putting laundry away and i found it AGAIN in my delicates drawer! yay!!! im one of those people that always have to have a watch on. this watch makes me feel complete and i dont have to worry about getting pharmaceutical agents on itor getting pseudo fancy decorative pieces dirty.
Q: have you ever thought that you have lost one of your favorite items and randomly found it again? wooo!
AHHH, i better go back to study druggie references. bahhh!!! i think im gonna have nocturnal hypoglycemia and rebound hyperglycemia in the morning! pukey! ew, some rumors have it that wendell will be the next bachelor? what's with the rejects? what's with the chicagoans? can't i be the next b-lette?
