hot hot hot...
man, this wknd was HOT!!!!!!!! heat advisory!! well, really only sunday and today... saturday was supposed to be bad too but it turned out to be breezey and overcast until late in the evening.
speak of overcast, man, i have been trying to go to the beach for 4 days to even out my ugly tan lines and i still havent been successful. thursday it was raining; friday was cloudy until late afternoon and i was already trying find fun yet professional clothing; saturday i brought all my clothes since i was done with work by 11am but it was cloudy so i got nothing; today it was dark and drizzly all day too! ugh. i know what you would, who cares, and who sees?
well, i do. and well, people do. just because i make fun of others, how will i know if they are not making fun of me!! >:(
hmmm, life has still been unexciting, in addition to being ditched (as always) multiple times. mutual stoppage in phone calls btwn some person and person they've been seeing for months.. made the person ditch me to stay home and sulk instead of going out to rebound. ironically, person told me that they want fun and booty too. well, good luck not going out and staying home alone to find booty! :( then next day, another friend never called me back about hanging out while he said he would. then next day, some random guy never called back while he said he would... what do you mean i starved myself 15 hrs WHILE AT WORK to not have martinis. then next day, as in today, certain other friend who seems to have perpetual problems with her DUMBASS nextel cell phone never returned my calls and messages even though she initiated about hanging out. seriously, let others plan for your fun is never fun. why must i do everything!
anywho, it was nice to have today off. i couldn't sleep too well last night cuz of the heat. the heat made me super drowsy, but thesleep wasn't great. after a long day at work yesterday i still felt really exhausted when i woke for some weird reason. after getting ditched, i went and had some fun hot dawgs for lunchie; then i went to halsted/armitage for some shopping. well, the original plan was to go to bennetton to get more good deals since i saw lots of nice things downtown on friday but not in my size. unfortunately, i was distracted half way at arden b, which i LOVE! wooo! such a great time in the store. spent too much money there, but then again, i realized thats why i really dislike (or enjoy MUCH LESS) outlet or massive shopping now. doesnt matter how inexpensive the items are, if items themselves are not stylish and dont make you look hot and fabulous, why buy them. unfortunately, never made it to bennetton cuz it was getting late.
afterwards, went swimming and biking in boofooland with barbsbie and other women from the training group, even though our training is over now. man, i hadnt been in the water *at all* since the danskin! i suppose i did okay for being first time in water, but i still sucked. really i just wish i can push myself harder and swim instead of keep stopping! much more work to do before the next tri, which will be more competitive with boys AND girls. AHHHHH!!!
