happy thanksgiving!!

happy first holiday of the festive holiday season!

i hope everyone had a good turkey day with family, friends, and/or special ones in your lives. yay!!!

mine was rather simple. as many of you may know, my pseudo traveling plan didn't quite work out. instead, clara, sara, and i had a pot-luck gathering for the thanksgiving celebration. we didn't have that massive quantity of food; now, to think of it, i wish i had over cooked more stuffing and potatoes, as i am already almost out and it's not even sunday yet!!!





















our *menu* included: turkey: herbes de provence style, stuffing (with lots of crazies within), roasted garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce with apples and oranges, green bean casserole, dinner rolls, and pumpkin bread pudding.

yummy! clara and sara contributed the green bean casserole, bread pudding, and the rolls. SO TASTY!! the rest were mine at the courtesy of chuck williams from the fabu williams&sonoma recipes. yay, and let's not forget then ten lbs of butter i used to massage the food items. i think i have expanded another 5 inches in all directions!! >:o

i hope everyone had a good day of black friday shopping! tee hee. oy, too much $$$$!!! stay warm, and study hard for rest of the wknd, now. well, at least that's what i will be doing... :(
