it's getting closer and closer...

it's coming! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

omg, i still can't believe that i'd be moving so soon. yes i guess graduation is coming sooner, but i am pretty sure that i will graduate with no problem. moving to a new city, however, will be full of confusion and having to find my way around for places to go, things to do, stuff that i have to get done. ahhhh.

here are the silly concerns that i have for the first few months of getting to philly:
1) hair: where will i find another fabulous hair stylist like victoria!?!?!? i've been going to her for years what am i gonna do now!!
2) eyebrows: where do i find reliable and cheap threading places!!
3) running: can i find a nice apt that's within walking distance to the river or the rowing houses AND still be close to work and nightlife?
4) where do i go for happy hours?
5) where is the parking lot for the trader joe's in downtown philly!?!? carol- did you ever figure that out?
6) are there other groc stores besides trader joe's and whole foods?
7) dog boutiques: where will madds buy fancy toys and organic food?
8) dog parks: are they as friendly as the #1 dog-friendly city chicago?
9) sushi: must have not-overpriced, non-americanized, non-cream cheesed, yet trendy sushi bar near by!
10) how do i get to the baseball stadium? can't casually stroll down the street like going to wrigley anymore, eh?

WAAAAAHHH. i guess i should go study for IL-2 receptor blockers and learn where all these mabs come from. and try to devise ways to rub jimmy's belly. heheh, giggles.

OH, but lastly, cubs *HOME* opening wknd. madds is ready to play ball, too. nearly froze my ass off on saturday. here is a new pic of madds and her new toy and new collar.
